Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us first and we can arrange the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hellodudecarrier@gmail.com.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs if you choose to return your item for a refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
